Nolan Previte

Jeffrey Previte

Nolan Previte is President and CEO of EBI Consulting, a company his father, Frank, founded in 1989. He joined EBI in 1991 while completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology and later earned an MBA from Boston College by taking evening classes, all while driving EBI’s national expansion.

Previte brings more than three decades of experience in environmental and real estate asset due diligence, energy and sustainability, institutional and private equity investment support, agency lending, construction, and health and safety consulting. As EBI’s longest-tenured employee, he has helped grow the firm to over 500 employees nationwide. Starting out as an environmental scientist, Previte pivoted to business development, then successfully recruited and led a national sales force, forging partnerships with premier real estate finance, global investment, and commercial banking institutions. He was named CEO by Chairman Frank Previte in 2020.

Nolan, his wife, and their three teenagers live in Boston’s historic North End, on the very street his grandfather emigrated to from Sicily in 1934. His children attended the local Eliot K-8 Innovation School, where Previte has been actively involved in fundraising and community support. His sons have played South End youth baseball, creating friendships with first-generation American children whose families share stories similar to Previte’s own immigrant heritage. He and his daughter also launched a nonprofit focused on mentoring and tutoring youth baseball players, helping them gain admission and scholarships to Boston’s competitive exam schools and private high schools.
