Jeffrey Previte

With more than three decades of experience in business leadership, entrepreneur and executive Jeffrey Previte has a proven record of building and growing successful enterprises. His entrepreneurial journey began at age 13, when he founded Previte Landscaping and Irrigation by going door-to-door offering lawn-mowing services. Over the following decade, he transformed that small-scale operation into a thriving company that employed 30 people, served hundreds of clients, and expanded its offerings to include landscape architecture, construction, plowing, and home renovations.

After selling the business in 1998, Previte joined EBI Consulting—then a small firm of 13 employees—and assumed responsibility for its telecommunications practice. Through strategic growth initiatives and a focus on building strong client relationships, he helped turn EBI into a market leader in environmental, health, and safety services for the wireless industry. For 15 years, Previte travelled extensively to extend the company’s reach beyond the Northeast, ultimately establishing a telecom consulting practice with staff in over 20 cities nationwide.

His successful consulting model laid the groundwork for EBI’s expansion into various other sectors such as retail, real estate, and healthcare, providing guidance on energy use reduction, environmental sustainability, and health and safety practices. Beyond his telecommunications work, Previte was instrumental in founding professional wireless organizations in California and New York and established the New England Wireless Association. In 2020, he stepped down as co-CEO of EBI and now oversees a small, family-operated olive oil venture.

Previte holds an MBA from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. He continues his family’s tradition of philanthropy by supporting nonprofits focused on addiction recovery and education. During his tenure at EBI, he guided corporate giving to organizations including Partners in Health, Habitat for Humanity, the Greater Boston Food Bank, and Arizona Quest for Kids. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, mountaineering, skiing, biking, and reading.
